Late at night in the Chilanzar district of Tashkent, a conflict broke out between two Cobalt drivers as a result of a dispute over the road. The incident attracted public attention after videos were shared on social media.
According to reports, on December 21 at around 11:30 p.m., drivers of two vehicles and their passengers got into an argument on KHAY Street. During the incident, the participants showed disregard for traffic rules and violated public order.
Fortunately, no individuals with bodily injuries sought medical assistance as a result of the incident. Regarding this case, the Chilanzar District Department of Internal Affairs drew up an administrative report under Article 183 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility (minor hooliganism).
Experts urge drivers to remain patient on the roads and follow traffic rules instead of engaging in disputes. The road is not a place for arguments.
