Under the decision of the Chirchiq Interdistrict Civil Court, alimony was ordered to be withheld from debtor R.M.’s monthly salary and other income in favor of claimant Z.M. to support their minor children.
However, the debtor failed to fulfill this obligation for a long time. The state enforcement officer of the Chirchiq City Department of the Compulsory Enforcement Bureau repeatedly carried out explanatory and preventive measures with respect to the debtor.
He was provided with detailed information about the consequences of non-payment of alimony, children’s rights, and parental responsibility.
As a result of the work carried out, the debtor realized his mistake and decided to fulfill his duty to his children. He fully repaid the alimony debt of 300 million soums and handed the funds over to the claimant.
