Based on the enforcement writ of the Tashkent Interdistrict Economic Court dated August 4, 2025, it was ordered to recover from the debtor LLC “Sh.Z.” in favor of the “Adolat” National Legal Information Center 46.7 million soums in principal debt and 9.3 million soums in penalties, totaling 56.1 million soums.
The enforcement document was accepted for proceedings on 28.10.2025 by the Mirobod District Department of the Compulsory Enforcement Bureau, and the debtor was given a 5-day period for voluntary payment.
Since the debt was not paid within the установленный period, compulsory enforcement measures were applied. In particular, the debtor’s vehicles were identified, a “Damas” car was seized, and steps are being taken to sell it.
This vehicle will be sold via an online auction, and the proceeds will be used to cover the outstanding debt.
This case highlights the importance of fulfilling contracts and financial obligations between publishing houses on time; otherwise, the debt will be forcibly recovered through the courts and enforcement authorities.
