The Namangan Regional Department of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement carried out further practical measures. These actions are aimed at ensuring the execution of court decisions and the rule of law.
In particular, within the framework of ensuring the execution of the court decision, compulsory enforcement measures were taken against the debtor by inspectors of the department's Sector for Particularly Important Cases.
According to the court decision, the citizen was obligated to pay more than 2 billion soums in debt to the "Business Development Bank." To implement this decision, the debtor's belonging and pledged truck (fura) was seized and formalized in accordance with the procedure established by law.
All necessary measures are being taken to preserve the property, determine its value, and subsequently sell it legally. Currently, work is underway to fully recover the debt and unconditionally comply with the court decision.
