The Namangan Regional Department of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement carried out further practical actions to ensure the execution of court decisions and the rule of law.
Inspectors of the Sector for the Execution of Especially Important Enforcement Cases of the Department applied compulsory measures to the debtor within the framework of ensuring the execution of the court decision.
According to the court decision, more than 2 billion soums of debt will be recovered from the debtor in favor of the Business Development Bank. The debtor's pledged truck was seized and formalized in the manner prescribed by law.
During the enforcement proceedings, all necessary measures are taken for the preservation of the property, its value, and subsequent legal realization in the process of collection.
Currently, enforcement actions for the full recovery of debts and the timely and unconditional execution of court decisions are consistently continuing.
