The Department of Internal Affairs of the Samarkand region announced the arrest of Sirojiddin Adilov, the head of Sirojiddin Media LLC, known as an active blogger on the YouTube platform.
According to the Department of Internal Affairs, a resident of the Pastdargom district, R.Kh., born in 1961, applied in August 2024 to a resident of the city of Tashkent, S.A. (Sirojiddin Adilov), born in 1980. The content of the appeal is said to be "resolving" the financial issue with another person.
It was reported that S.A., in the absence of an authorized person, received a certain amount of money in exchange for resolving the case in favor of the victim, but the promised work was not carried out. The statement of the Department of Internal Affairs also notes that citizen S.A. did not fulfill his promise and deceived him for a long time.
After that, a resident of the Pastdargom district applied to the district Department of Internal Affairs with a request to take legal measures in connection with this situation.
It was reported that a criminal case has been initiated against Sirojiddin Adilov under part 2 of Article 168 (fraud) and Article 211 (bribery) of the Criminal Code, and a preventive measure in the form of "detention" has been applied against him. It was noted that investigative actions are being carried out by the Investigative Department under the Regional Department of Internal Affairs.
