Although a dangerous situation that occurred at one of the construction sites in the city of Samarkand posed a serious threat to human life, the citizen was saved thanks to the swift and precise actions of rescue workers.
According to information, on April 8, at approximately 18:00, the duty unit of the Samarkand Regional Emergency Situations Department received an urgent report that a citizen working at one of the construction sites located in the Altyn Asr neighborhood was trapped underground as a result of a landslide.
Upon receiving the information, a rescue team arrived at the scene in a short time and began a systematic search and rescue operation using special technical means and equipment. As a result of prompt and thorough actions, the victim was carefully removed from under the layer of soil and was provided with first aid at the scene.
After that, the citizen was taken to the hospital. According to the results of the examinations conducted by doctors, it was determined that there was no serious threat to his life. Experts say that his condition is stable and he may be discharged from the medical facility in the coming days.
This incident once again showed how important it is to strictly follow safety rules in hazardous work processes. At the same time, it once again confirmed that the professionalism and speed of rescuers are crucial in saving human lives.
