Lacetti falls into stream in Namangan, two citizens rescued

On April 25, a traffic accident occurred in the To‘raqo‘rg‘on district of the Namangan region, resulting in a vehicle falling into a stream. This was reported by the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
According to the report, the incident took place in the “Oqtosh” neighborhood of the district. The driver of a Lacetti passenger car lost control of the vehicle, causing it to veer off the road and subsequently plunge into the stream.
The regional Department of Emergency Situations was immediately notified of the incident via the “112” emergency number. Rescue teams arrived promptly at the scene and initiated operations in cooperation with local volunteers.
As a result, two citizens who were trapped inside the vehicle were rescued and moved to a safe area. They were subsequently handed over to emergency medical personnel.
Authorities are advising drivers to strictly adhere to traffic rules and to exercise increased caution, particularly during unfavorable weather or difficult road conditions.
