In Samarkand, a woman who assaulted a first-grade student was brought to court

An unpleasant incident at a school in the Samarkand region has become a subject of public discussion. It is reported that, as a result of a conflict involving first-grade students, the actions of one woman have been sent to court for review.
The incident occurred on April 3 at the 53rd general education school in the Kushrabot district. After classes ended, a misunderstanding arose between first-grade students, which later escalated into a conflict involving the families.
According to reports, on April 6, the 45-year-old mother of one of the children involved in the dispute came to the school. Inside the classroom, in front of students and adults, she caused a disturbance and acted against children she believed were involved in beating her son.
According to the teacher, she was aware of the situation, initially called the parents to the school and tried to explain the circumstances. However, the situation escalated during a subsequent meeting.
The woman herself admitted that she acted emotionally. She stated that the behavior of the other children’s mothers caused strong dissatisfaction, which led her to lose self-control. Later, she expressed regret over her actions.
Regarding the incident, the Kushrabot district internal affairs department issued administrative protocols against the parents of three minors under Article 47 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility.
Additionally, an administrative case has been opened against the woman who assaulted the children under Article 52 (causing minor bodily harm), and the materials have been sent to court.
