School principal in Termez sentenced to 4 years for bribery

In the Termez district of the Surxondaryo region, a school principal has been found guilty of bribery and sentenced to four years of imprisonment by a court ruling.
According to reports, the principal demanded 2 million soum in exchange for assisting in the reinstatement of a previously dismissed employee.
It was established that the principal initially received 1 million soum and a bank payment card, after which the remaining funds on the card were also withdrawn as cash.
Under the court's verdict, the defendant was found guilty under Article 210 of the Criminal Code (Bribery).
In addition to the prison sentence, the individual has been deprived of the right to hold leadership positions for a period of two years.
