New restrictions introduced around multi-apartment buildings

New requirements aimed at maintaining order and ecology around multi-apartment buildings have come into force in Uzbekistan. The Ministry of Justice has registered the "Rules for the Maintenance and Use of Multi-Apartment Buildings," establishing clear restrictions for residents.
According to the new regulations, unauthorized actions regarding trees and shrubs in areas adjacent to buildings are prohibited. Specifically, they cannot be transplanted or cut down without the appropriate permit. This decision is aimed at preserving green spaces and protecting the environment.
Furthermore, polluting these areas with various types of waste is also banned. The disposal of scrap metal, construction debris, and household waste is strictly prohibited. Such actions not only spoil the aesthetic appearance but also negatively affect sanitary conditions.
Under the rules, restrictions have also been placed on tying various items to trees or using them for household purposes. For example, it is forbidden to tie ropes or wires to trees, hang swings, or attach advertising signs.
The protection of flowerbeds and lawns was also emphasized. It is prohibited to litter, damage, or reduce the size of walkways and green areas. At the same time, the use of landscaped areas as parking lots is not permitted.
Additionally, the spraying or irrigation of green areas with chemical substances that could cause damage is prohibited. These requirements serve to protect plants and ensure ecological stability.
In short, the new rules are aimed not only at establishing order but also at making the urban environment greener, cleaner, and more comfortable for living. If everyone adheres to these requirements, our surroundings will become much more beautiful and safe.
