Former Russia national team head coach, now managing Kazakhstan’s national team, Stanislav Cherchesov, shared his thoughts on Uzbekistan’s young stars — Abdukodir Khusanov and Abbosbek Fayzullayev.
On Abbosbek Fayzullayev:
“Fayzullayev is performing well at CSKA. When I was at Ferencváros, I recommended the club’s sporting director pay attention to Fayzullayev. Unfortunately, they didn’t see the need for his services back then.”
On Abdukodir Khusanov:
