Guardiola: "Khusanov made a huge impact on the game"

Manchester City head coach Pep Guardiola shared his thoughts on the 1-0 victory over Tottenham in the Premier League.

Guardiola to TNT Sports:
"I’m truly happy with the win and the three points because we need them. The second half was open because we didn’t finish the game in the first half when we had so many chances. With the quality we have, those moments must be converted into goals. We knew the second half would be tough, but we managed it. The team fought hard, and I’m very pleased because playing here is always difficult.

We are really happy with the result, and of course, we did a lot of good things. Young players like Khusanov had an incredible impact on the game.
