Timur Kapadze, head coach of the Uzbek MTS, was a guest on the 90minutuz podcast. Our head coach answered a question about Aziz Ganiev, who is currently working in the UAE.

"We thought about Aziz. He is on our list. Ganiev has been called up to the national team before, but he probably didn't fit the tactics of the previous coaches. I'm watching his games. Firstly, he may not fit into the current 3-5-2 tactics. In the 4-3-3 tactics, Ganiev and other players may find a place.

We decided not to use the opportunities of Ganiev, who has not been called up to the national team for a long time, due to the lack of time. If there had been a friendly match, I would have invited Aziz to the training camp. I also called him up when I was an interim coach a few years ago. I know his potential well, he is a strong player," said Kapadze.
