
Uzbek athletes have achieved decent results at the ongoing Asian Cup in para-mountain skiing in Japan. In particular, our compatriots won prizes in the slalom and giant slalom competitions at distances of 140 and 250 meters.
In the slalom competition at a distance of 140 meters, Asel Turdimuratova (LW6/8-2 class) demonstrated her excellent skills and won a silver medal. Another representative of ours, Yulduz Makhmudova (LW2 class), won a bronze medal at the same distance.
In the 250-meter giant slalom, Asel Turdimuratova (LW6/8-2 class) once again achieved success and won a bronze medal. Firdavs Hidoyatov (LW4 class), who participated in the men's race at this distance, also won a bronze medal.
