Real Madrid has caused a scandal before the final of the Spanish Cup - a strong statement against the referees!

The press service of Real Madrid has issued a strong and serious statement ahead of tomorrow's Spanish Cup final against Barcelona. This was due to the words of the referees' team during the pre-match press conference. The Madrid team considers these words to be strong and unacceptable.

According to Real Madrid, one of the referees, Ricardo de Burgos Bengoechea, and VAR referee Pablo Gonzalez Fuertes, made threatening and intimidating statements during the press conference held before the final. Their statements hinted at the possibility of some kind of conspiracy or additional actions among the referees. This is completely unacceptable before a major football event that is watched by hundreds of millions of fans around the world.

The official statement of Real Madrid reads as follows:

"We strongly condemn the statements made at the press conference of the referees appointed for tomorrow's Spanish Cup final and consider it unacceptable. The referees are openly hostile and threatening towards the critical videos published by reputable media outlets such as Real Madrid TV. This is completely contrary to the fundamental principles of sport, such as fairness, impartiality and neutrality."

Madrid also demands that the Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) and the refereeing authorities take serious and firm action in this case.

It is worth noting that referee Ricardo de Burgos Bengoechea even cried at the press conference because of the critical video made by Real Madrid TV. He compared the situation to a situation where a child comes home from school crying and hears his father accuse him of stealing.

VAR referee Pablo Gonzalez Fuertes has promised serious consequences for the video broadcast on the club's television channel. After this, Real Madrid has made a strong demand to replace the refereeing team and even stated that they may not participate in the final.

The Madrid club has also canceled a press conference, photo shoot and training that were supposed to take place before the final against Barcelona. In addition, they have refused to attend a dinner planned with RFEF representatives.
