At the end of the summer, football fans will have another major tournament — the CAFA Nations Cup 2025. This year, the tournament will be even larger and more interesting in its format. From August 29 to September 8, the national teams of Malaysia and Oman will also participate as guests — such an experience has not been seen in previous tournaments.
According to the recently held draw, Uzbekistan is in Group “A” and as host will play in Tashkent against Kyrgyz Republic, Turkmenistan, and Oman. For fans, it is especially interesting that all group matches and the final will also take place in Tashkent. Group “B” will be held in Dushanbe, hosted by Tajikistan — here, Tajikistan, Iran, Afghanistan, and invited Malaysia will compete.
