Big change at Manchester United: Amorim drops four players

Ahead of the club’s major U.S. tour, Amorim made the tough decision to exclude four high-profile players from the squad. According to ESPN, Jadon Sancho, Tyrell Malacia, Alejandro Garnacho, and Antony were all left out of the team for the American training camp.

Analysts note that two weeks earlier, Amorim had advised these players to seek new clubs, and after they refused, they were banned from joining the team at the club base. Manchester United’s management fully supported the coach’s decision and stated that these players failed to meet the requirements set by the coaching staff.

Amorim’s strict and demanding approach has resulted in significant changes to the squad. Among those excluded was Marcus Rashford — the 27-year-old striker has now transferred to Barcelona and is currently in Spain.
