As part of the international friendly tournament held in the Spanish city of Cherez, the Uzbekistan U-17 national team played against the youth of Morocco. In a fiercely and dramatic clash, our representatives were defeated 4:3.
Despite the fact that the youth of our country took the initiative several times during the competition, the opposing team managed to maintain the advantage until the end of the game. Goals for Uzbekistan were scored by Sayfiddin Sodiqov, Mo'minxon Bahodirxonov, and Khayrullo Ergashev, who plays for Rot Weiss Eintracht Frankfurt in Germany.
Overall, our young players demonstrated numerous actions throughout the game, putting significant pressure on the opponent's defense. However, despite successful shots, the Moroccan team capitalized on their opportunities and secured the victory.
The Uzbekistan U-17 squad is as follows: Ne'matulloh Rustamjonov, Muhammad Hakimov, Mo'minxon Bahodirxonov, Miraziz Abdukarimov, Muhammad Xabibullayev, Sayfiddin Sodiqov, Muhammadali Musaxonov, Abubakr Shukurullayev, Azizbek Erimbetov, Aslbek Aliyev, and Hojiakbar Yusufboyev.
Thus, our young national team continues to gain valuable experience during the training camp in Spain. Such competitions will play an important role in future world championship matches.
