Liverpool head coach Arne Slot spoke about the recently joined Swedish striker Alexander Isak. His debut came against Atlético Madrid in the first round of the UEFA Champions League general stage.
The coach emphasized that Isak played for almost 60 minutes, indicating his good physical condition. "He didn't feel tired or weak after 10 minutes. After a couple of weeks of full training with the team, one can expect him to play more effectively," said Slot.
