AC Milan's Inter midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan will not be able to help his team in the upcoming matches. The 36-year-old player was recently forced to leave the field in the 32nd minute during the Serie A game against Napoli.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Mkhitaryan's injury turned out to be much more serious than initially thought. The Armenian footballer may not be able to play for four to six weeks.
An examination on Monday will determine the full recovery time. The match against Napoli ended in a 1:3 defeat for Inter.
On October 29, the team coached by Cristian Chivu will host Fiorentina at home.
