Roma’s striker Evan Ferguson has been sidelined due to injury. This was reported by Football Italia.
The 21-year-old central forward started in the last Serie A match against Parma. In the 7th minute of the game, Ferguson collided with an opposing player and was forced to leave the field.
It was determined that the ligaments in the footballer’s right ankle are stretched. The Irish striker joined Roma on loan with an option to buy from Brighton.
According to analyses, Ferguson will be out of action for at least two weeks. He managed to score several times in pre-season friendlies, but in official matches, he has not impressed, providing only 1 assist in 10 games.
