According to FIFA, the youth championship always discovers new stars and players who will enter the big arena in the future. Many famous footballers have already started their journey through U-17 competitions - among them are players who have become legends of world football.
The next test for Islam Ismailov's pupils will be the match against the Republic of Ireland, which will take place on Friday. Since Ireland defeated Panama 4-1 in the first round, this clash is expected to be a decisive match for the lead in Group J.
The physical fitness of the Uzbekistan national team players, their tactical actions, and their enthusiasm for victory aroused great interest among young fans.
