Reports about Endrick’s transfer to France had surfaced earlier in the media. The 19-year-old footballer was also a target for Manchester United, but negotiations between Real Madrid and Lyon reached their final stages.

During the 2025/2026 season, Endrick appeared in only one La Liga match and did not deliver any impactful performance. The Brazilian footballer’s current contract with Real Madrid is valid until June 30, 2030, with a transfer value estimated at €35 million.
