Chilean Footballers Satisfied with Conditions in Sochi

Ignacio Saavedra, a player for the Chilean national team and the "Sochi" club, shared his opinion on the living conditions of his national team members in Sochi. "The whole team enjoyed Sochi; it was an unexpected but pleasant surprise for them.

The city seemed very pleasant, beautiful, and extremely clean to them. They were amazed by the city, the training base, as well as the natural surroundings and the sea," Saavedra said in an interview with the "Championship" publication.

It should be noted that on November 15, the Russian national team will host Chile in a friendly match at the "Fisht" Stadium in Sochi as part of the Bet Boom event. The Chilean national team failed to qualify for the World Cup and is currently considered one of the weakest teams in South America.
