Liverpool offers new contract to Konate

Liverpool Football Club has presented its final offer to extend the contract of French national team defender Ibrahima Konaté. It should be noted that the player's current contract is valid until the summer of 2026.

The club's management considers the proposed terms to be highly beneficial and expects a response from Konaté in the coming weeks. According to journalist Sacha Tavolieri, if the player accepts the offer, he could become one of Liverpool's highest-paid players.

However, the 26-year-old defender has yet to make a decision regarding his future. He is reportedly considering two options: signing a new contract with the Merseyside club or waiting for his current deal to expire to pursue a free transfer to Real Madrid.
