Everton Preparing for Record Transfer


All clubs in the English Premier League, regardless of their position in the league table, possess significant financial strength. Currently ranked 13th, Everton is reportedly ready to enter the transfer market to compete for midfielder Scott McTominay.

According to Transfer News Live, citing Fichajes, Everton plans to pay £62 million (approximately €70 million) for McTominay in 2026. Should this transfer materialize, it will mark the most expensive signing in Everton's history.

The 28-year-old Scott McTominay is currently playing for Napoli. Previously, he was part of Manchester United in England and is a product of their youth academy.
