Russia drops in FIFA rankings

Vyacheslav Koloskov, Honorary President of the Russian Football Union, commented on the decline of the Russian national team's position in the FIFA rankings. In the updated rankings, the national team dropped from 30th to 33rd place.

"No one pays attention to the rankings. This issue is exaggerated.

I do not see any objectivity in this list," Koloskov said in an interview with "Match TV." It is worth noting that since February 2022, the Russian national team has been banned from participating in international tournaments.
