Lewandowski and Modric Could Play for the Same Team


The future of Robert Lewandowski remains uncertain for now. The Polish footballer's current contract with Barcelona runs until the end of the 2025/2026 season.

However, it is highly likely that the Catalan club will not extend the experienced striker’s contract. According to Calciomercato, cited by Transfer News Live, AC Milan is reportedly interested in signing Lewandowski as a free agent.

As a reminder, Luka Modric has been playing for AC Milan since last summer. Earlier reports indicated that the "Rossoneri" decided to extend the Croatian midfielder’s contract for another season.

Robert Lewandowski will turn 38 next summer.
