Everton's Appeal Rejected

Everton head coach David Moyes announced that the club's appeal regarding midfielder Idrissa Gueye's red card has been rejected. The player was sent off during the English Premier League match against Manchester United, where Everton secured a 1-0 victory.

Gueye received the red card for slapping his teammate Michael Keane during a controversial incident. Although the club submitted an appeal, the disciplinary committee refused to reconsider the referee's decision.

Moyes stated that Everton's management did not receive a clear explanation regarding the rejection of the appeal. As a result, Gueye's red card will remain in effect, and he will have to serve the imposed suspension.
