Today, the "Talented Coaches" conference, organized at the initiative of the Football Association of Uzbekistan, began its work at Tashkent State University of Economics. At the event, organized in order to improve the qualifications of coaches, modernize the system of training talented young football players, and improve the quality of education, important areas for improving the selection process on a scientific basis were also discussed.
At the opening ceremony of the conference, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between the leadership of the UFA and Tashkent State University of Economics, which was noted as the beginning of new steps in this area.
The event was attended by children's football coaches and representatives of professional clubs from all over the republic. The speakers of the conference, the legend of Uzbek football Mirjalol Kasimov, the coach of the Uzbekistan U-17 national team Islam Ismailov, as well as Belarusian specialist Sergey Kubarev, shared their experience and answered questions from the participants.
Experts expressed their opinions on modern methods, new coaching directions, and advanced approaches used in children's, youth, and junior football. This conference is an important step for the future of Uzbek football and is of great importance in improving the qualifications of coaches and further improving the game process.
