Former Russian national team footballer Aleksandr Mostovoy commented on the future of Matvey Safonov, the goalkeeper of PSG. According to Mostovoy, Safonov might be satisfied with his role as a backup goalkeeper at the Parisian club.
The former Celta midfielder also shared his thoughts on Safonov's transfer value. "I think PSG will not let Safonov go for less than 30 million euros.
He is an ideal player for the club. They bought him for 20 million euros.
The club needs to profit from the transfer," Mostovoy said in an interview with "RB Sport". Matvey Safonov has appeared in PSG’s last two matches, keeping clean sheets in both.
PSG's first-choice goalkeeper, Lucas Chevalier, is currently sidelined due to an injury. Read “Zamin” on Telegram!
