Marcelo Brozović Plans to Return to Europe


Al Nassr midfielder Marcelo Brozović intends to continue his career in Europe. The Riyadh-based club has offered the 33-year-old footballer a contract extension, but he has not provided a definite response yet.

The Croatian player wishes to return to Europe and is aware that his salary in Saudi Arabia is considered high for European clubs. As a result, he is prepared to accept a significant salary reduction.

According to sources, the transfer could potentially happen as early as January. Brozović's current contract with Al Nassr expires at the end of the ongoing season.

He moved to Saudi Arabia during the summer of 2023. Prior to that, the midfielder played for seven years in Italy's Serie A with Inter Milan.
