In an exciting and intense match, the hosts won 2–1. Both teams played proactively, but in the decisive moments the Qataris were more clinical.
Uzbekistan’s youth team scored their only goal through Saidumarkhon Saidnurullayev to reduce the deficit. However, they failed to convert chances to equalize.
