Milan head coach Massimiliano Allegri commented on the match after a 1–0 Serie A win over Cagliari. This was reported by euro-football.ru.reports.
The only goal of the game came in the 50th minute thanks to a precise strike from Rafael Leão, giving the Rossoneri a crucial three points.
At the press conference, Allegri did not hide that his team started slowly: in the first 35 minutes Milan did not look active enough, while Cagliari took the initiative in attack and caused problems. The coach noted that the performance improved significantly after the break, but there are still many aspects that need work.
After the win, Milan regained top spot in the standings with 38 points. However, Inter (36) and Napoli (34) each have one game in hand.
