Kanchelskis names the most successful Russian footballer in Europe

Former Russian football star Andrey Kanchelskis shared his thoughts on midfielder Aleksandr Golovin, who plays for Monaco. This was reported by euro-football.ru. reports .

According to the expert, Golovin has been delivering consistent performances in the French league and is currently considered the most successful among Russian footballers playing in Europe. Kanchelskis rated his achievements higher than those of Matvey Safonov at PSG.

Golovin joined Monaco in 2018 from Moscow’s CSKA. He has made 251 appearances for the club, scoring 36 goals and providing 41 assists.

The midfielder’s current contract with the club runs until 2029.
