Chelsea head coach Liam Rosenor commented on the team's atmosphere, the process of working with players, and the "transfer" of his ideas onto the field. According to him, it's pleasant to work with the players - the squad is truly integrated into the training and game plan, the team believes in the work being done.
The coach's main point is this: to fully embody the idea, you need results. Because in football, victories are the coach's "higher-pitched microphone." Therefore, Rosenor emphasized the necessity of fighting to win every game as much as possible.
He also openly stated that he cannot yet speak negatively about the team: the players are young, capable, and most importantly - they want to learn and grow. This is the best signal for the coach: "so, there is material, now we need to work properly." Rosenor said it's important to get to know each player better and understand what motivates them - some need more attention, while others shouldn't be bothered with excessive "pressure." In short, it's the coach's job to get the most out of every player.
The Blues are currently in fifth place in the English Premier League table with 37 points.
Now the most interesting thing is in the future: if Rosenor's formula "victory is fuel that accelerates confidence" works, this team will grow faster. If it doesn't work... in football, it's not the "idea" that talks, but the numbers on the scoreboard. Therefore, every game for Chelsea is not just 3 points, but also a speed test for the new project.
