“Mash'al”, aiming to further strengthen the squad before the new season, has formalized another important transfer. According to the club's press service, the Mubaraks have signed a contract with the central striker of the North Macedonian national team Vlatko Stojanovski.
The 28-year-old forward is one of those players who has seen a lot on the international stage and has felt the pressure of big games. He participated in the final stages of Euro 2020 and appeared in the match against the Netherlands. The fact that he has played 10 games for the national team and scored 2 goals means that he has been able to make his mark not only at the club level, but also on the national scale.
One of Stojanovski's most memorable moments with the national team came in the Euro 2019 qualifier against Austria, when he came off the bench to score a goal in a short period of time. He also scored against Estonia in the Nations League.
Vlatko has also been tested in various championships during his club career. He played in Ligue 1 matches for Nimes in France, and later played for Goritsa in Croatia and Levski in Bulgaria. This means that he is a striker who has played in different leagues and knows how to adapt to different demands.
Standing at 187 cm tall, Stojanovski is known for his physical dominance, winning aerial duels and finding positions in the penalty area. A central striker of this profile is especially important for Mashal: in some games, the principle of "one chance - one goal" becomes decisive.
