Real Madrid's fast winger Vinicius Junior has admitted that he would love to play on the same team as Cristiano Ronaldo. The Brazilian international did not hide in an interview that this was one of his biggest dreams when he arrived at the "royal club".
As is known, Vinicius was brought to the Madrid team after Cristiano Ronaldo left Real Madrid. However, the timing was not "right": Ronaldo left the same year Vinicius joined the team. As a result, the two stars did not have the opportunity to play together on the same field.
“Unfortunately, I didn’t get to play with Cristiano. It was a real shame that he left the team when I arrived at Real Madrid,” Vinicius began. According to him, he had a dream to play with Ronaldo, because being in the same team with such a player is a special school, a special experience.
At the same time, Vinicius added that this dream was not the end of it. He admitted that he had worked with other big names at Real Madrid, and said that he considered it a great happiness. In particular, he emphasized that it was an honor for him to defend the honor of the same club with such talented players as Karim Benzema and Luka Modric. “There is no need to complain about that,” the comments were also echoed here.
For information, Cristiano Ronaldo has been defending the honor of the Saudi Arabian club Al-Nasr since 2023. Vinicius, on the other hand, has made his way in Real Madrid and has become one of the main forces in the team’s attack.

Vinicius' words "I would like to play with Ronaldo" expressed the innermost desire of many fans: if two generations of stars met on the same field, the spectacle would be different.
