Real Madrid targets three new midfielders

Facing significant squad depth challenges this season, "Real Madrid" is already preparing for a busy summer transfer window. The Spanish giants have identified the midfield as their primary area for improvement and have narrowed their search to three specific candidates.

According to reports from AS, the club has officially removed "Manchester City" star and Ballon d'Or winner Rodri from their shortlist. Instead, "Real Madrid" is focusing on more attainable options to bolster their engine room. The current list includes Adam Wharton from "Crystal Palace", Kees Smit from "AZ Alkmaar", and "PSG" playmaker Vitinha.

Securing Vitinha is expected to be the most difficult task, as the 26-year-old is currently valued at approximately 110 million euros. In contrast, Adam Wharton is seen as a more viable option with a price tag of 60 million euros, while Kees Smit represents a budget-friendly alternative at 20 million euros. The club management is now evaluating which of these players best fits their tactical requirements for the upcoming season.
