Former Liverpool head coach Jürgen Klopp has commented on reports that he could manage Real Madrid. The German manager left Liverpool at the end of the 2023-2024 season and currently serves as the head of global football within the Red Bull corporation system.
Klopp emphasized, "If Real Madrid's management had really called, we would have known about it long ago. These reports are complete nonsense. "They never called me or my agent," the specialist said.
At the same time, he did not rule out the possibility of returning to coaching in the future. "I'm not thinking about this right now, and I have no plans. Yes, I'm older, but I haven't finished my coaching career yet. Who knows what will happen in the future? But there are no plans yet," Klopp said.
It's worth noting that there were previous rumors about Klopp potentially returning to Liverpool due to difficulties with his replacement, Arne Slot.
