A new house sparked Nathan Ake transfer rumors

Rumors are circulating about "Manchester City" defender Nathan Ake potentially making a return to his former club, "Chelsea". According to reports from The Sun, the Dutch player is currently rebuilding a luxury home located very close to the "Chelsea" training base, fueling speculation about a move to Stamford Bridge.

The defender purchased the private property for 4 million pounds last November. He has now started plans to demolish the existing structure and build a massive new mansion featuring seven bedrooms, a spacious living room, and a dedicated trophy room.

Nathan Ake previously played for "Chelsea" from 2011 to 2017. After spending three years at "Bournemouth", he was acquired by "Manchester City" for 45.3 million euros. Recently, the player has found it difficult to secure a regular spot in the starting lineup, prompting him to consider leaving the team. His current contract with the club runs until June 30, 2027.
