Bayern Munich reaches first summer transfer agreement

Bayern Munich has almost completed its first signing for the summer transfer window. The club has decided to make the loan of young midfielder Bara Sapoko Ndiaye from the Gambino Stars Africa academy a permanent transfer. The 18-year-old is expected to be integrated into the first team starting next season. This is reported by Goal.com .

The driving force behind this transfer is head coach Vincent Kompany. The manager spotted the player during a friendly match against Grasshoppers Zurich and highly rated his talent. Throughout 2025, Ndiaye managed to prove himself while training with Bayern's reserve and U19 squads.

The young player, who made his Bundesliga debut in mid-April, has already managed to make four appearances despite some injury setbacks. Sporting director Christoph Freund highlighted the player's quick adaptation to the team, specifically noting his positive influence on the pitch and in the dressing room.

Vincent Kompany did not hide his admiration for Ndiaye's speed metrics. During training, the player recorded a speed of 36 km/h, setting a club record. The coach is confident that he has a bright future and will bring great value to the team's style of play.
