The midfield will also undergo significant changes. The former Chelsea and Inter manager is demanding two different profiles: a defensive midfielder to provide cover and a creative playmaker capable of breaking down the opposition's defense. These additions should ensure the team dominates both in and out of possession.
Mourinho has set a condition for the board to bring in not just big-name stars, but "hungry" players willing to sacrifice for the team and give everything for victory.
