The "Minister of Artificial Intelligence" was given the name Diella (translated from Albanian - "sun"). The "official woman" will be responsible for conducting state tenders and will determine which private companies the state will contract with.

According to Albanian Prime Minister Edi Ram, the "Minister of Artificial Intelligence" will be "sales-free," which will prevent corruption in public procurement.

The "Minister of Artificial Intelligence" model operates on the e-Albania platform, which provides citizens with access to various services. The avatar of Diella, visible to users, is in a national Albanian costume.
