The size of the Dynamic Island on Apple's iPhone 18 Pro smartphones will be significantly reduced. This was reported by Ixbt.com xabar.
According to information from the supply chain, the width of the island will decrease from 20.76 millimeters to 13.49 millimeters, reducing its area by approximately 35 percent. As a result, the usable screen area will exceed 95 percent.
The front camera will remain in the center of the upper part. The screen diagonals will remain unchanged: 6.3 inches for the Pro version and 6.9 inches for the Pro Max version.
Also, the Super Retina XDR display is expected to be improved, with its brightness reaching up to 2600 nits. The body will consist of an aluminum frame and matte glass, with a thickness of around 8.3-8.9 millimeters.
The new design is expected to be introduced in dark red, purple, and dark blue colors. The main camera will consist of three modules and will be equipped with a variable aperture.
