Xiaomi is preparing to unveil the ultra-powerful Poco X8 Power smartphone

Poco, a subsidiary of the Xiaomi brand, is working on another device to expand its popular lineup. According to ixbt.com, the upcoming Poco X8 Power has already attracted attention in the mobile market with its record-breaking battery and durability. The first technical details about the gadget were revealed by well-known insiders Debayan Roy and Sanju Choudhary. Ixbt.com reports this.

The new smartphone’s main and most notable feature is reportedly its huge 10 000 mAch battery. Although the manufacturer has not yet provided exact information about charging speed, such a power reserve should allow the device to operate for several days of active use. The hardware is expected to be based on the modern Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 5 processor.

Display Features and Protection

The smartphone will be equipped with a high-quality, eye-friendly display. According to the source, the Poco X8 Power will feature a 6.83-inch AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution and a 120 Hz refresh rate. The screen will also support 3840 Hz PWM dimming, preventing flicker even in low-light conditions and reducing eye strain. Its protection will be ensured by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2.

The model’s body will also stand out with a high level of durability. According to reports, the device will offer IP69-rated protection against moisture and dust, one of the highest available standards.
