A business center is planned to be built on the site of the “Beshagach” market
It was proposed to build a business center on the site of the “Beshagach” market in Tashkent city.

During negotiations between the deputy mayor of Chilonzor district Abduhamid Abdukodirov and Turkey's Albayrak Holding company, this project was put forward. According to the authorities, the project is currently only at the discussion stage, and no definite plan, timeline, or costs have been determined for its implementation.

The negotiations were held online, with representatives of the Ministry of Investments, Industry and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan also participating. The district administration stated that the project is planned to be reviewed again.

Following discussions on social networks, the authorities clarified: “For now, the proposal put forward by the Turkish company is being studied. If similar proposals come in, the authorities are ready to cooperate with investors.”

The territory of the “Beshagach” market is located at the intersection of Furqat and Beshagach streets, surrounded by houses built in the 1930s.

At the same time, within the framework of other projects, modern complexes are planned to be built at the “Askiya” market and Yunusabad markets. One of them is the construction of a trade and service center, green area, hotel, and parking lots at the “Askiya” market.
