
A baker in Gijduvan district of Bukhara region was found to have illegally used electricity, causing an estimated damage of 156 million soums, reported "Upl.uz".
According to the press service of Uzenergoinspection, a joint inspection with the regional prosecutor’s office revealed that the bakery’s equipment was connected to the power grid without using an electricity meter.
The power was consumed entirely off the record and used for commercial purposes.
Preliminary estimates place the damage at 155.8 million soums. The case has now been transferred to the regional prosecutor's office for legal proceedings and to hold the individual accountable. Read 'Zamin' on Telegram!
