The Academy of Public Administration under the President will be reorganized

The presidential decree "On measures to further improve the system of targeted training of promising personnel and their effective involvement in public administration and service" was adopted.

According to the decree, the Academy of Public Administration under the President will be reorganized into the Academy of Public Policy and Management under the President.

One of the main tasks of the Academy is to systematically improve and retrain civil servants, as well as train management personnel at the master's and postgraduate levels.

A Board of Trustees of the Academy of Public Policy and Management under the President will also be established.

From July 1, 2025, state bodies and organizations will organize advanced training and retraining of civil servants based on the needs of their professional development, and traditional, alternative and independent forms of advanced training will be introduced.

According to the decree, from October 1, 2025, the Academy will introduce short-term courses for advanced training of civil servants, candidates for leadership, and management personnel.

From January 1, 2026, retraining educational programs with a duration of up to 6 months will be introduced at the Academy.

From the 2025/2026 academic year, personnel will be trained in the master's specialties "Integrated Development of Territories", "Public Administration", "Human Resources Development".

From the 2026/2027 academic year:

- Personnel will be trained in the master's specialties "Public Policy" and "Public Finance Management";

- In order to form a reserve of highly qualified and modern management personnel, special programs for practicing managers (Executive MPA and Executive MBA) will be introduced;

- Master's programs will be organized in cooperation with prestigious foreign higher education institutions according to joint educational programs and modules. Read 'Zamin' on Telegram!
